Before I started this workout group with you all, I had already begun to exercise as of about a month. I got on the scale every ten days and I have been steady at 146 pds. This is really starting to peeve me. But I will continue. I am going to go walking after work for 45 minutes and hopefully that will help some. I am also going to find my Curves dieting book (which is alot like Weight Watchers) and they help you set up the six meals. Last time I dieted, that helped. That and giving up evenings snacks and Starbucks hot chocolate. Now, I ask you - what is the point of living? Oh yeah, being healthy....I forgot. I am a member of Doubleday Book Club and I found that the Firm program ame out with a new workout routine - with the exercise ball. I hear this is great for abs. And heaven knows, I need work in this area, especially since I am going to the beach in June. I don't want to scare the natives!!!! Now that I "newly single" I want to attract the attractive natives......
Well I will continue to blog and update you. Kudos to Kia for losing 12 pds. That is awesome! Kim hang in there - you'll beat the shin splints. Ty work that belly girl!!
